Child Welfare & Safeguarding
St Peter's, Dunboyne (incorporating GAA, LGFA and Camogie) is committed to safeguarding every child and young person who takes part in our games and activities. The welfare and interests of children are paramount in all circumstances, and we work to give every young player a positive, developmental and enjoyable experience in a safe environment.
Our Child Safeguarding Statement has been agreed by the Club Executive Committee in line with the Children First Act 2015 and the Gaelic Games Child Safeguarding Policy, and is binding on all of our members.
If you have a concern about the welfare of a child, please contact our Children's Officer.

Garda Vetting
Everyone working with children and young people in the club must be Garda vetted. Start with the vetting application instructions, then complete the NVB1 Vetting Invitation Form. Your Children's Officer can help with any questions about the process or the role you're being vetted for.
