Huge thanks to our local guards from Ashbourne who came to the club this evening to give a talk to our teenage players on vaping, fast gas , drugs and the impact on health.

Also to local man Philip Cassidy Irish Olympic Cyclist who gave a talk on striving to be your best . Great turn out from our players . Thanks to coaches for organising and to Mossy and PJ for setting up the hall 👏👏
