✨✨All stars trip to Croke Park✨✨
What a day. Trip of a lifetime to get to play on Croke Park pitch. Departed the clubhouse at 7.50am in plenty of time for their 9am session. Thanks to Priority Transfers & Tours Ireland for transporting the team there, this was the first time on a bus for some of the children so thanks for making it so special.
The sense of excitement started when John Timony arrived to the bus, this time he didn’t have to hop the fence to play on the pitch. Parents, grandparents and coaches supported the children for a fun filled hour. All togged out in their All Star jerseys, it didn’t take long before the first score was over the bar. A late substitution for the All Star team seen Barney Battersby enter the playing field for the first time. A very proud grandad today.
Thanks to Croke Park for organising this amazing day. One not to be forgotten.
