Well done to Pierce Hayes on representing himself, his family, and St Peter’s Dunboyne with such pride as part of the 2026 Meath Minor Hurling Team.

Since first joining the development squads at U13, Pierce has shown real dedication, clocking up countless miles and consistently committing to his progression. Balancing that level of effort alongside his club involvement (And school work!) makes his achievement all the more commendable. A brilliant reflection of hard work and perseverance — well done Pierce and all your Meath teammates on your 2026 Leinster campaign which ended last weekend. It will be great having you back in the fold as our minor hurlers navigate the choppy waters of Division 1 hurling.
